Community Rules

Last updated 31 October 2026

Why these rules exist

This is a place for people of every age and background to learn, build, and help each other. These rules apply to posts, blogs, comments, profiles, messages, meetings, and anything you do with other members.

1. Treat people with respect

Disagree with ideas, not people. No insults, personal attacks, bullying, threats, or mocking someone's age, language, background, or skill level. Be patient with beginners.

2. No hate or harassment

No content that attacks people because of religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality, disability, age, or nationality. No sexual content, unwanted advances, stalking, or repeated contact after someone asks you to stop.

3. Be real

Use your real name and your own photo. Do not pretend to be someone else, invent credentials, or create fake accounts.

4. Share honest work

Post work you did or clearly credit others. Do not plagiarise. If AI helped you significantly, say so. Final projects must be your own.

5. Earn your checklist fairly

Do not post spam, repeat the same content, fake attendance, trade reactions, or use bots to complete your Lab. Removed content loses its credit.

6. Protect privacy

Do not share anyone's phone number, address, private messages, or photos without permission. Do not record a meeting without telling everyone first.

7. Keep it safe and legal

No illegal content, violence, malware, scams, or dangerous advice. Do not ask members for money, passwords, or personal documents.

8. No unsolicited selling

Sharing what you build is welcome. Mass promotion, cold sales messages, and affiliate links are not. Use Looking For tags to invite collaboration.

9. Be careful with information

Do not spread claims you know are false. Mark opinions as opinions, and check facts before giving health, legal, or financial information.

10. Good meetings

Join on time, let others speak, stay on topic, and keep the conversation kind. Hosts confirm attendance honestly.

Reporting a problem

Use Report on any post, comment, or profile, or block a member at any time. For urgent safety issues, write to help@example.com. Reports are confidential.

What happens if rules are broken

Depending on seriousness, we may remove content, send a warning, remove checklist credit, restrict features, suspend, or close an account. Serious cases may go straight to closure or be reported to authorities. You will be told why and can appeal.
